Program & Operations Coordinator
The Program & Operations Coordinator supports the implementation, coordination, and operations of Movimiento Poder’s youth programming, including Nuestra Alma, a culturally grounded, two-generation mental health and wellness initiative serving Latine and first-generation immigrant youth and their families in Southwest Denver.
This role blends program coordination, relationship-building, and organizational operations to ensure programs are delivered effectively, spaces are well-supported, and systems are strong and sustainable. Grounded in Movimiento Poder’s organizing roots, this role helps create conditions where youth and families can heal, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and grow as leaders within their communities.
