Food Bank:

Our food bank operates with the spirit of mutual aid, working to build a collective community. Your involvement in our food bank contributes to the realization of this vision, creating a space where mutual aid and solidarity are at the heart of our efforts. Together, we build a stronger, more interconnected community that stands collectively against the disparities present in our economic system.

1st and 3rd Saturdays from 9:30am – 11:30am

English Classes:

We recognize the importance of connection and intentional care. Our English classes are an offering that is a step toward individual empowerment and collective prosperity. Our intention is to bridge the gap in language barriers that our community faces. Learning English becomes a tool for self-sufficiency, allowing individuals to contribute to our shared ecosystem and navigate the systems that weren’t built for us.

HEALING AND MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOPS

Curando Nuestras Raíces:

This offering is a sacred space for youth members and parent members, where we explore our individual and collective identities, fueled by the transformative power of radical love. In this space, we discuss systemic trauma’s impacts on our lives and work towards dismantling harmful structures, all while recognizing and addressing the inequities that affect our well-being. Our approach moves away from Western mental health ideologies. We center our practices on cultural understanding, acknowledging our interconnectedness with the land and each other. In embracing this mindset, we pave a path toward healing that is deeply rooted, inclusive, and guided by the wisdom of collective love.
